Just a short notice to you before registering:

The Internet is filled with people who are working hard to sell their stuff, and they use tough methods, whether it be for getting links to their merchant sites, or if they want to trick you into buying something directly.

This forum takes on a restrictive line towards spammers. Unfortunately, that means that you have to qualify on a test before being accepted as a forum member:

You need to manually enter an Authorization Code when registering. The code is given to you in bold on the registration page. Just enter it right in and you'll be fine. The code is changed frequently, but you can forget about it as soon as you're registered: It's there only to prevent automated spamming.

We have found it necessary to do this in order not to be flooded with spam postings: If you want a certain kind of pictures/videos, or you need specific medicines etc., you can do a Google search for it. This is not the place for those things

Also, since this is a site for computer professionals, we will be coming down hard on spammers. The forum moderators, as a group, will follow spammer tracks: This forum is logging IP addresses and other relevant info in order to track them down if they try to spam us. So, we are kind of turning the situation the other way around
