the user factor affecting database design

Hi everyone~!

I am almost new in this field. Recently writing a school research project which is “The user factors affecting database design.” I’ve been trying to find the evidence to prove the topic. However, the result doesn’t quite good to prove all that.

Could someone help me to point out the factors or some literature review?

Please, give any suggestion for doing all that.
